We welcome you to visit one of the most unique real estate developments in Thailand today. Phuket Airpark is a private estate of 125 rai (50 acres) on the Eastern edge of Phuket covered in lush green grass and tropical vegetation. When you take off, you skim across a beach and out across the Andaman Sea. The water is dotted with warm sandy islands in all directions. This is our home. View an introduction to Phuket Airpark FLYING HOME Our concept is that people who love flying can build their homes here — on the edge of our airstrip. We only have two rules: Your home must be 10 meters back from the road, and you must have a “Thai hat” on your house. We do this to preserve the very special and delicate character of Thai culture in the architecture of our community and to give every house enough room for a visiting pilot friend to park in front of your home when they come to visit. You can design your home anyway you want, and you can keep your airplane under your home, or you can park it in our club hangar. If you don’t have a plane, come and live with us and rent one of our planes from the Phuket Flying Club. If you have an airplane and you want it to earn money for you, then you can lease it to the Phuket Flying Club, and we will operate it for you. If you don’t know how to fly, then come and learn with us. PLOTS AVAILABLE There are several ways to come and join us. First, we welcome you to come and buy a plot of land. You can use this for your business, or for your home, or for just a hangar if you wish. We have 43 plots available on both sides of the airstrip. Our lots vary in price from less than 1/5 rai up to 2 rai (1 acre = 2.471 rai or 43,560 sq. ft.) (1 hectare = 6.25 rai or 10,000 sq. m.). The price of these plots is from 1.5 million to 24 million Baht, and the cost of building your house on this plot (depending on design) will vary from 2 million to 10 million Baht. Second, if you have an aircraft and you are not sure if you want to buy a plot of land, we also welcome you. You can base your plane here for up to 6 months, and we will help you transfer the registration to Thai. After 6 months, you will have to pay a deposit of 500,000 Baht if you decide to keep your airplane at Phuket Airpark. We do this, because we have invested a very large amount of money to develop this land and make an airstrip, so our primary focus is on people who want to buy properties here. If you decide to buy one of our properties at anytime, then your 500,000 Baht will be credited to the purchase of your plot. If you do not want to buy a property, we will refund your 500,000 Baht deposit, once we have sold our 43 Airpark Plots. The main hangar cost is 10,000 Baht per month for an aircraft and 7,000 Baht per month for an ultralight. We are offering a “pre-sale” discount of 20% now for the first 10 plots sold. TRANSIENT PARKING is available for fly-in visitors with light aircraft: Tie down (400 Baht/day), Hangar (800 Baht/day). Accommodation (300-1,200 Baht/night). PHASES The Phuket Airpark has five separate phases of development. The First is the Airpark Homes. These are right next to the runway with a place to park your plane if you so wish. The Second will be a second large hangar for club planes and private planes on the North Side of the field. The Third phase is the Lakeside Condo. These will be on the South side of the lake. They are smaller and cheaper and there is no place for parking your plane, but they are perfect for someone who is only here for a few weeks at a time. You can keep your plane in the hangar and you can stay in your condo when you visit. If you have a friend, your friend can stay in your condo when you are away. The price of these condos completed will be about 2.14 million Baht. They are 7×14 meter units with two stories. Just the land will be 600,000 Baht. This second phase will not begin until 30 plots for the Airpark Homes have been sold. If you would like to buy all 13 rai of the Lakeside Area for the condos and develop this project yourself, then this land is available for 52 million Baht. The Fourth phase will be development of the Canal Village. These will be luxury villas on a series of canals on the Southern end of the property. The Fifth phase of development will be an Airpark Mall. This will be on the properties on either side of the entrance along the road. The idea is a quaint Venetian village style with little shops and a perfect place for relaxing meals and shopping near your home.
